3D-2D Design Services
When PPC performs the initial engineering design, we can offer the contractors digestibility by providing 3D modeling drawings including shop drawings and material lists, all this being cost competitive with current 2D drawing practices.
Also, PPC has the capability of providing full structural and piping material traceability using the latest in 3D PDS or PDMS software.
PPCs Construction Management group is highly experienced, we can provide construction management teams made-up of every PPC has the ability to develop the process flow and instrument flow diagrams complete with utility requirements, operating conditions, equipment list with specifications, preliminary general arrangement and layout drawings and a computer process control system.

Design Management
During design, potential problems can be identified and solved before they surface in the field. PPC acts to provide conformance with program goals. PPC can assist by planning a project, validating the scope of work and budget, establishing a schedule control process and providing constructability design reviews.
PPC also prepares a pre-qualification system for contractor selection, individual discipline construction bid packages for labor, material price breakdowns and a schedule to meet project goals.
